From this day on, 30 participants in the financial and accounting and sales and distribution sectors will be recruited. It is targeted at residents of Seoul aged 40 to 59 and preferential treatment is given to applicants with experience in each job field.

The Seoul Welfare Foundation will hold a ceremony and discussion to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the opening of the Seoul Financial Welfare Counseling Center at the Glad Hotel in Yeouido at 2 p.m. on the 27th.

In the first part of the ceremony, starting with the opening speech of CEO Kim Sang-chul and the congratulatory speech of Kang Seok-joo, chairman of the Seoul Metropolitan Council's Health and Welfare Committee, the 10th anniversary video screening, the award of a commendation and appreciation plaque for the mayor of Seoul, and the commemorative ceremony will be held. The second part of the event will be a topic presentation by Kim Sun-hyung, a professional counselor at the Seoul Financial Welfare Counseling Center, and a discussion on the direction of the development of the Seoul-style financial welfare model" involving experts in the financial, welfare and law sectors."

The Seoul Financial Welfare Counseling Center opened in six locations (central, city hall, Mapo, Geumcheon, Dobong, and Seongdong) in 2013 to professionally consult and support complex financial problems of Seoul citizens. Currently, a total of 13 locations are in operation, including 12 regional centers and youth centers across the city. Since its opening, the center has supported legal immunity of 2.576 trillion won in malicious debt to 10,260 Seoul citizens suffering from household debt.

3. Oh Se-hoon, who visited the green area in Tokyo, said, "This is the green ecological city…"The Great Reformation of Seoul"

According to the Seoul Metropolitan Government on the 26th, Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon, who is visiting Japan, toured green areas around Tokyo for three days from the 24th. The intention is to learn about the advanced overseas cases as he recently announced his "Garden City Seoul" plan to create six large-scale regional parks and 2,000 village gardens in Seoul by 2026 and create a 2,000-kilometer green road.

Mayor Oh inspected Marunouchi district, a high-density redevelopment area in the Tokyo metropolitan area on Saturday morning. The district is one of the most popular places in Tokyo, located between Tokyo Station and Hwanggeo (the residence of the emperor). It is a representative place that has been developed by the private sector but has sufficiently green space, and instead of allowing the building to be built high, the main focus is to reduce the building area (construction and construction ratio) and make the lower stories a space that blends with green space.

Mayor Oh looked around the 100-meter-long and 30-meter-wide forest "Otemachi Forest" near Tokyo Station on the 25th and said, "I feel as if I have entered the jungle in front of an ultra-high-rise building." Referring to the "Seoul Grand Reformation," he stressed that he will create a green space that can be used by all citizens instead of giving incentives such as floor area ratio and height when redeveloping downtown Seoul in the future.
