The captain of the helicopter that crashed into the Gomo Reservoir in Soheul-eup, Pocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, was found dead after a search on the 3rd.

The crashed helicopter was Hongik Airlines' AS-350 (six-seater) aircraft, which Pocheon City rented from Friday to late December in preparation for the outbreak of forest fires in autumn. The helicopter was found to have been operated on the same day as a pre-equipment inspection a day before the launch of the helicopter.
