Police raided the server of the construction union of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions for "compelling and extorting recruitment."

Police are searching the Internet server of the construction union under the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions on the 13th in connection with illegal activities at construction sites.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's violent crime investigation team sent investigators to a server management company in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, at around 6 p.m. on the 13th to secure internal data from the construction union.

The police are investigating allegations that the construction union forced or demanded bribes if it did not hire its members at the construction site.
