Emergency arrest for a woman in her 40s who hit a woman in her 20s who was passing by to steal money

A woman in her 20s who beat a woman in her 20s to take money was urgently arrested for the purpose of taking away emergency arrests in her 40s.

Busan Seobu Police Station said on the 6th that it is arresting and investigating A in his 40s on charges of robbery and injury.

A is accused of hitting a woman in her 20s several times with her fist and foot on a street in Chojang-dong, Seo-gu, Busan, at 5:20 a.m. on the same day, and stealing B's bag and cell phone and running away. Due to the assault of A, who was drunk, B suffered at least eight weeks of injuries before recovering, including a broken jaw.

After receiving a citizen's report that the woman was lying down, the police tracked down closed-circuit (CC) TV and arrested A near Busan Station at 2 p.m. on the same day.

A is known to have a number of criminal records, including robbery.

The police will investigate the details of the incident and apply for an arrest warrant for A.
