A is accused of driving a vehicle parked on the road in front of a convenience store in Yongam-dong at 4:25 a.m. and driving about 5km to Bunpyeong-dong.

He ran away from a police car that was dispatched after receiving a report, and finally stopped after hitting two cars parked on the side of the road. At the time of arrest, his blood alcohol concentration was 0.093 percent, which exceeded the level of his license cancellation (0.08 percent). It was found that he had never obtained a driver's license in his life.

It was confirmed that A committed the crime while the car owner stopped the vehicle and entered the convenience store for a while. Regarding the details of the crime, he/she reportedly stated, "I don't remember because I was drunk."
